pj365 Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement with the Platform

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "pj365" or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming platform operated at pj365.win, including all games, services, tools, and features made available to registered users.
• "Player" or "You" refers to any individual who registers an account on pj365 or accesses the platform's services.
• "Account" refers to the registered account a Player creates on pj365, which stores their PKR balance, game history, and account settings.
• "PKR" refers to Pakistani Rupees, the sole account currency on pj365.
• "Wager" refers to any bet or stake placed by a Player on any game, event, or market available on pj365.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits issued by pj365 to a Player's account under the terms of a specific promotion, which are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• "Verification" refers to the identity and age verification process pj365 may require a Player to complete at any time.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" refers to deposit limits, session time controls, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion features available to all pj365 registered users.

To register and use pj365, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. pj365 does not permit persons under 18 to register or use the platform under any circumstances. Age verification may be requested at registration or at any subsequent point. 18+ only on pj365.
• You must be the legal owner of the payment method you use to deposit funds to pj365. Depositing using a payment method belonging to another person is prohibited.

• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order on pj365 or any similar responsible gaming restriction at the time of registration or any subsequent use of the platform.
• You must register with a valid Pakistan mobile number in your own name. Each Pakistan mobile number may only be associated with one pj365 account.
• You must hold only one pj365 account at any one time. Multiple account registration is a serious breach of these terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pj365 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. The following obligations apply to all pj365 registered users:

• You must not share your pj365 password with any other person, including family members, friends, or pj365 support staff. pj365 support will never ask for your password.

• Any activity that occurs on your pj365 account prior to you notifying pj365 of a suspected breach will be treated as having been carried out by you, unless pj365 has reasonable grounds to believe otherwise.

All financial transactions on pj365 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals on the platform:

• Minimum deposit: The minimum single deposit on pj365 is 500 PKR unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• Supported payment methods: pj365 currently supports Easypaisa, JazzCash, major Pakistan bank transfers (including HBL, UBL, MCB, Meezan, and Bank Alfalah), and the Raast instant payment system.
• Deposit processing: Deposits via Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically credited to your pj365 PKR balance within seconds of the transaction confirming on the payment provider's end. Bank transfer processing times vary by institution.
• Withdrawal eligibility: A Player must have completed identity verification before any withdrawal from pj365 is processed. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the Player's own name.
• Withdrawal processing: pj365 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval. Processing times for the receiving payment method may add additional time beyond pj365's processing window.
• Transaction limits: pj365 may impose maximum deposit and withdrawal limits per transaction and per period. These limits may vary by payment method and account verification status.
• Currency: pj365 does not accept or process transactions in any currency other than PKR. All displayed amounts, balances, and wagers on pj365 are in PKR.
• Bonus funds: Bonus PKR credited to your pj365 account as part of a promotion may not be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements have been fully met, as specified in the terms of the relevant promotion.

pj365 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered Players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented:

• Bonuses are available to players aged 18 and above only. Bonus eligibility may be subject to additional conditions including minimum deposit amounts, payment method restrictions, or geographic requirements.
• Each promotion offered by pj365 carries a wagering requirement expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (for example, a 20x wagering requirement on a bonus of 1,000 PKR means the Player must wager 20,000 PKR in eligible games before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn).
• Not all games on pj365 contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live dealer games, jackpot slots, and sports bets may carry different contribution percentages. The specific contribution rates for each game category are communicated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• pj365 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.
• If pj365 determines that a Player is systematically exploiting bonus structures — including through low-risk betting strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay — pj365 may cancel the relevant bonus and withhold any associated winnings.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash at face value unless they have been fully released through the applicable wagering requirements.

All games available on pj365 — including live dealer games, slot machines, sports betting markets, cockfighting, and lottery — are governed by their respective game rules in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing a wager on pj365.

• Slot games and live dealer games on pj365 use certified random number generation or physically operated equipment (in the case of live dealer games) independently verified for fairness. Game outcomes are determined solely by these mechanisms and are not influenced by previous results or account status.
• Sports betting markets on pj365 — including HBL Pakistan Super League cricket, other cricket events, and additional sports — are subject to pj365's sportsbook rules. In the event of a dispute regarding a settled market, pj365's determination of the correct outcome is final.
• pj365 reserves the right to void any wager placed as a result of a software error, pricing error, or any technical malfunction affecting the accurate display of odds, game state, or balance. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's PKR balance.
• pj365 may temporarily suspend access to a game, market, or account while a review or investigation is ongoing. Access will be restored as soon as possible once the review is complete.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pj365 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. pj365 reserves the right to close any account and forfeit all balances where prohibited conduct is confirmed:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanical or electronic means to place wagers or interact with pj365 games without genuine human input.
• Collusion with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any pj365 game or betting market.
• Exploitation of software bugs, errors, or glitches to gain an advantage not intended by the game rules or pj365 platform design.
• Money laundering, fraud, or the use of pj365 for any purpose that violates applicable law.
• Registering more than one pj365 account, or registering on behalf of another individual.
• Providing false identity documents or misrepresenting your age, identity, or the ownership of a payment method used on pj365.
• Engaging in chargebacks or reversals of legitimate deposits on pj365 after funds have been wagered or withdrawn.
• Any action that pj365 determines, in its reasonable judgement, to be harmful to the integrity, security, or reputation of the pj365 platform.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, or create derivative works from any pj365 content without prior written permission from pj365.
• The pj365 name, logo, and all associated brand identifiers are trademarks of pj365. Unauthorised use of pj365 trademarks in any context is prohibited.
• Third-party game content available on pj365 — including slot games, live dealer software, and sports data feeds — is licensed to pj365 and remains the intellectual property of the respective providers. No Player acquires any intellectual property rights by playing games on pj365.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pj365's liability to any Player in connection with the use of the platform is limited as follows:

• pj365 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from a Player's use of or inability to use the pj365 platform, even if pj365 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
• pj365 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service outages, or network issues may temporarily affect platform availability. pj365 will endeavour to notify registered Players of planned maintenance where practical.
• pj365's total aggregate liability to any single Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these terms shall not exceed the total PKR amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits pj365's liability for death or personal injury caused by pj365's own negligence, or for any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

pj365 reserves the right to suspend or close any Player account at any time for the following reasons, without being required to provide advance notice where the circumstances do not permit it:

• Confirmed or suspected breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Receipt of a valid regulatory instruction, court order, or law enforcement request.
• Failure by the Player to complete identity or age verification within the timeframe requested by pj365.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• At a Player's own request — any Player may request account closure at any time by contacting pj365 support via live chat.

Where a pj365 account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these terms, pj365 reserves the right to retain the account balance as reasonable compensation for losses incurred by the platform. Where an account is closed for administrative reasons unrelated to Player misconduct, any remaining PKR balance will be returned to the Player via their last verified withdrawal method.

pj365 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, pj365 will take reasonable steps to notify registered Players — typically via a notification on the platform, an SMS to the registered Pakistan mobile number on the account, or an update to the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.

Your continued use of pj365 after the effective date of any amended terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you must cease using pj365 and may request account closure as described in Section 11.

pj365 recommends that all registered Players review these Terms & Conditions periodically to remain informed of any updates that affect their use of the platform.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, including any non-contractual disputes or claims, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which pj365 operates.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and pj365, the Player should first contact pj365 support in English via live chat, email at [email protected], or Telegram at @pj365official. pj365 aims to resolve all Player disputes promptly, fairly, and in good faith.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with pj365 support, the matter shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration body. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.
